The MET Gala is probably one of the most awaited events on every celebrity or socialite’s calendar. The Costume Institute’s annual Benefit Gala ( OR as we call it, the MET Gala) is co-chaired by the editor-in-chief of Vogue, Anna Wintour. It is probably the most exclusive event in the fashion industry. Everyone always takes out their best couture and every fashion-obsessed person like me would be going all gaga over every outfit that goes up. Every year, the exhibits display a certain kind of theme; this year the theme was Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations. Anyways, enough with background information. These were probably one of the most memorable outfits for the evening, and some would be my personal favorites. Feel free to leave a comment

January Jones in Versace – Probably one of the best dressed that evening.
Amy Adams in Giambattista Valli. One of my personal favorites – Adore the bow and the white. I think it looks lovely and pretty girly but doesn’t go over the top .
Beyonce in Givenchy Couture. This would probably be the spoken off gown for the evening and I think Beyonce looks beautiful in this lovely Givenchy.
Lea Michelle in Diane Von Furstenberg
Lana Del Rey in Altuzarra – definitely gives out the Old Hollywood Glam vibe and I love it!
Gwyneth Paltrow in Prada – Love how it looks so minimal yet so perfect for an event where so many be dressed in couture.
Emma Stone in Lanvin – This would be another personal favorite of mine. I’m usually not a huge fan of celebrities wearing red on red carpets but I think Ms Stone here has carried this outfit beautifully and it looks fun and flirty yet perfect for the event.
Ashley Greene in this lovely white Donna Karen number. – CLASSIC!
Rooney Mara in this gorgeous custom Givenchy – I think the lace looks sexy and she’s just alluring!
