Summer Trend : The Statement Necklace

This trend has been there all along,  it’s definitely in this summer. Everyone enjoys those basic t-shirts (of various colors) with some skinnys when heading to the mall, university or probably just chilling with a few friends. However, Basics can get boring or monotonous, thus I think this works best without looking cluttered.

The main idea behind this trend is to wear your basic plain tee with a key piece jewellery – THE STATEMENT NECKLACE. When looking for a statement necklace, think of it as something that will really stand out when wearing a simple tee. It can be colorful or something contemporary. This trend also works well with that little black dress AKA LBD or the LWD; the necklace would just glam up your look for that night out at the club or any kind of event.
